ALLINA HILL, Ill.
— Allina Healthcare is shuttering its medical clinic and pharmacy operations in the central Illinois city of Allina because it is too overwhelmed with the number of patients it receives, the company announced Friday.
The Allina Clinic & Pharmacy is closing its doors for the year.
The company is now operating the clinic as a standalone operation.
“This is a tough decision for us, and we will continue to work diligently to ensure we provide our patients with the care they need, while also taking the time to help them transition into the future,” the company said in a statement.
This is not an easy decision for Allina Healthcare, and it is a difficult one for our team, our patients and our communities.
The Allina Health Clinic > Pharmacies staff and staff are excited to continue their work at Allina in the future.
Allinna Healthcare was founded in 1993 and is a private healthcare provider that specializes in health care for adults and children.
