A new virus that has been sweeping through the US and Canada is being blamed for a spike in cases and fatalities.
The coronavirus, which has killed nearly 10,000 people, was identified by researchers as the “super virus”.
“It’s like a super virus.
It has the potential to spread to the rest of the world,” said Dr Jennifer Fung, a microbiologist at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Dr Fung says the super virus was first discovered in Japan in the 1950s.
It was only around the start of the 20th century that coronaviruses had the potential of spreading.
“It was really only a matter of time before this virus became very big, really global,” Dr Fung said.
“It could have been the big killer of the last few decades.”
The super virus has since spread to several other countries including China, India, the US, and Japan.
But in recent weeks, the coronaviral outbreak in the US has been particularly intense.
“The US has seen an unprecedented surge in coronaviroclavirus cases, and a spike and spike and it’s only been in the last couple of weeks,” Dr Bruce Schoenfeld, a virologist at the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, told ABC News.
“So we are seeing a dramatic increase in cases in this country, and now in Canada.”
We are seeing an increase in coronas, we’re seeing an uptick in the deaths, and it appears to be spreading into other countries as well.
“Dr Schoenfeld said the virus was spreading like wildfire.
He said coronavoids had a number of symptoms, including fever, cough, and runny nose.
And unlike some coronaviids, coronavirevents can only cause symptoms.
Dr Schönfeld said coronavalve infections can occur in different ways, including by breathing in the aerosols of infected patients.”
There is a mechanism in the virus that allows it to pass into the respiratory system of people and so you can pass it by breathing,” he said.
This allows the virus to enter the bloodstream and infect people.”
That’s where the most common cases occur.
